Attenzione: il modulo di richiesta per l’accredito early bird chiuderà il 20 luglio 2025 a mezzanotte, dopo tale data non sarà più possibile fare richiesta di accredito fino alla riapertura del modulo a settembre.
Mi sono accreditato in precedenza come autore o giornalista, posso recuperare i dati o devo compilare un nuovo modulo?
Devi compilare un nuovo modulo come content creator. Username e password per accedere all’area moduli sono gli stessi, ma devi compilare il modulo di richiesta specifico per i content creator 2025.
Che vantaggi permette l’accredito valido per i content creator?
L’accredito permette di entrare nelle aree del festival accessibili generalmente solo con un biglietto di Lucca Comics & Games per scopi lavorativi e per raccontare la manifestazione. Questo accredito è riservato agli operatori dei media e del web, selezionati insindacabilmente dall’organizzazione, che valuta attentamente ogni singola richiesta.
Se hai rapporti di lavoro con società, case editrici, aziende, organizzazioni, enti già presenti all’edizione 2025 di Lucca Comics & Games e che ti hanno già preventivamente invitato e/o ingaggiato, dovrai accreditarti tramite questi, l’accredito ti sarà fornito da loro. Non è possibile richiedere due volte il medesimo accredito.
Come richiedo un accredito content creator early bird?
Solamente chi ha ricevuto il link via email da parte dell’organizzazione e con la compilazione del form relativo alla propria esperienza nel 2024, potrà fare richiesta di accredito anticipato.
È sufficiente compilare in ogni sua parte il modulo specifico presente all’interno dell’area moduli. La presentazione della richiesta non coincide con l’accettazione: entro il più breve tempo possibile riceverai una email di rifiuto o di conferma. Consigliamo di controllare la propria posta elettronica regolarmente, anche la cartella spam.
Come faccio a sapere che la procedura è andata a buon fine?
Riceverai una conferma di ricezione della documentazione non appena compilerai e invierai il modulo. Se non ricevi questa email di conferma entro 24 ore, ti preghiamo di contattarci per verificare che l’inserimento dei dati sia avvenuto correttamente. Attenzione: la conferma o il rifiuto di accredito arriveranno in un secondo momento.
Posso accreditarmi direttamente al festival?
No, è possibile fare la richiesta di accredito solo ed esclusivamente compilando il form online. Se non farai richiesta anticipata entro il 20 luglio 2025, potrai farla quando il modulo sarà riaperto a settembre. Non saranno mai accettate richieste di accredito durante i giorni della manifestazione.
Dove ritiro il mio accredito?
Il pass in formato "print at home" che consente l’accesso alle aree della manifestazione sarà inviato via email a ottobre, dopo la chiusura delle richieste di settembre e insieme a tutte le informazioni aggiuntive.

I have previously been accredited as an author or journalist. Can I recover my data or do I need to fill out a new form?
You must fill in a new form as a content creator. Your username and password to access the forms area remain the same, but you will need to fill out the specific 2025 content creator request form.
What are the benefits of accreditation for content creators?
This accreditation allows access to areas of the festival that are normally accessible only with a Lucca Comics & Games ticket, for professional purposes and to report on the event. This accreditation is reserved for media and web professionals, selected at the sole discretion of the organization, which carefully evaluates each individual request.
If you have professional relationships with companies, publishers, organizations, or institutions already participating in the 2025 edition of Lucca Comics & Games, and you have been invited and/or hired by them in advance, you must be accredited through them. In this case, your accreditation will be provided directly by those entities. It is not possible to request the same accreditation twice.
How can I request early bird content creator accreditation?
Only those who received the link via email from the organization, and who filled out the form related to their 2024 experience, will be able to request early accreditation.
You must complete every section of the specific form available in the forms area. Submitting the request does not imply acceptance: you will receive an approval or rejection email as soon as possible. We recommend checking your email regularly, including the spam folder.
How do I know if my application was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email once the form has been completed and submitted. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us to verify that your information was submitted correctly. Please note: approval or rejection of your accreditation will be communicated at a later time.
Can I get accredited directly at the festival?
No, accreditation requests can only be submitted by filling out the online form. If you do not apply by July 15, 2025, you can apply when the form reopens in September. Accreditation requests will not be accepted during the days of the event under any circumstances.
Where do I collect my accreditation?
A print-at-home pass that grants access to the event areas will be sent via email in October, after the September application period closes, along with all additional information.
