L’accredito Media Partner può essere richiesto solamente dai Media Partner ufficiali di Lucca Comics & Games 2025, sulla base degli accordi presi con l’organizzazione.
Attenzione: il modulo di richiesta per l’accredito media partner chiuderà il 22 ottobre 2025 a mezzanotte, dopo tale data non sarà più possibile fare richiesta. Non sarà possibile accreditarsi direttamente durante i giorni del festival (29 ottobre - 2 novembre).
Mi sono accreditato negli anni precedenti. Posso recuperare i dati o devo compilare di nuovo il modulo?

Come richiedo un accredito media partner?
È sufficiente compilare in ogni sua parte il modulo specifico presente all’interno dell’area moduli.
La presentazione della richiesta non coincide con l’accettazione: entro il più breve tempo possibile riceverai una email di rifiuto o di conferma. Consigliamo di controllare la propria posta elettronica regolarmente, anche la cartella spam.
Come faccio a sapere che la procedura è andata a buon fine?
Riceverai una conferma di ricezione della documentazione non appena compilerai e invierai il modulo. Se non ricevi questa email di conferma entro 24 ore, ti preghiamo di contattarci per verificare che l’inserimento dei dati sia avvenuto correttamente. Attenzione: la conferma o il rifiuto di accredito arriveranno in un secondo momento.
Come so se posso richiedere un accredito media partner?
L’accredito media partner permette di accedere alle aree del festival per scopi lavorativi ed è riservato allo staff, ai giornalisti, agli operatori e ai fotografi incaricati da uno dei media partner ufficiali di Lucca Comics & Games 2025.
Non ho il tesserino da giornalista e non sono iscritto all'ordine. Posso richiedere comunque l’accredito?
Puoi richiederlo, ma è necessario avere la lettera di incarico su carta intestata firmata dal direttore o dal caporedattore della testata/media partner per la quale si richiede l’accredito. Tale lettera deve essere allegata alla richiesta di accredito, caricandola nell’apposito spazio in formato “Pdf”. Tutte le richieste saranno verificate accuratamente e valutate, anche previo contatto con la redazione del media partner (l’accredito infatti non deve essere considerato accettato in modo automatico). La lettera d’incarico per i non iscritti all’ordine dei giornalisti non potrà essere presentata durante i giorni della manifestazione (29 ottobre - 2 novembre).
Scrivo regolarmente articoli per un portale web che non è registrato come regolare testata giornalistica. Posso avere un accredito media partner?
Puoi fare richiesta compilando il modulo se il portale web per il quale scrivi è un media partner ufficiale di Lucca Comics & Games 2025 e se sei stato ufficialmente incaricato da quest’ultimo. Il nostro staff verificherà le credenziali fornite e provvederà a comunicare il rifiuto o l’accettazione. Non saranno accettate richieste di questo tipo durante i giorni della fiera.
Posso accreditarmi direttamente al festival?
No, è possibile fare la richiesta di accredito solo ed esclusivamente compilando il form online entro il 22 ottobre. Non saranno mai accettate richieste di accredito durante i giorni della manifestazione.
Dove ritiro il mio accredito?
Il pass in formato “print at home” che consente l’accesso alle aree della manifestazione sarà inviato via email a ottobre, dopo la chiusura delle richieste e insieme a tutte le informazioni aggiuntive.

Media Partner accreditation can be requested only by official Media Partners of Lucca Comics & Games 2025, based upon previous agreement with the organization.
Please note: the press accreditation request form will close at midnight on October 22nd, 2025. After this date, it will no longer be possible to apply. On-site accreditation during the festival days (October 29 – November 2) will not be available.
I’ve been accredited in previous years. Can I retrieve my data or do I need to fill out the form again?

How do I request Media Partner accreditation?
You can complete the specific form available in the forms section, filling out all required fields. Submitting the form does not guarantee approval: you will receive an email confirming or denying your request as soon as possible. We recommend checking your inbox regularly, including your spam folder.
How do I know if my submission was successful?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once the form has been submitted. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us to verify that your data was submitted correctly.
Please note: the confirmation or denial of accreditation will be sent in a separate email at a later time.
How do I know if I am eligible to request Media Partner accreditation?
Media Partner’s accreditation grants access to the festival areas for professional purposes and is reserved for staff, journalists, media operators and photographers designated by one of the official Media Partner of Lucca Comics & Games 2025.
I don’t have a journalist card and I’m not registered with the national press association. Can I still apply?
Yes, but you must provide a formal letter of assignment on company letterhead, signed by the director or editor-in-chief of the outlet/Media Partner you are representing. This letter, signed in original, must be uploaded as a “PDF” in the designated section of the form. All applications will be carefully reviewed and verified, including direct contact with editorial offices and Media Partner’s representative (accreditation is not granted automatically). Letters of assignment for applicants not registered with the press association will not be accepted during the festival days (October 29 – November 2).
I regularly write for an online platform that is not officially registered as a media outlet. Can I apply for Media Partner accreditation?
Yes, you may submit a request by completing the press accreditation form if the media outlet for whom you write is an official Lucca Comics & Games 2025 Media Partner and if you have been appointed by them. Our staff will review the credentials provided and will respond with an approval or denial. These requests will not be accepted during the festival days.
Can I get accredited directly at the festival?
No, accreditation requests must be submitted exclusively online by October 22nd. Requests will not be accepted during the event.
Where do I collect my accreditation?
The “print-at-home pass”, which grants access to the festival areas, will be sent via email in October, after the request window closes, along with all additional press-related information.
